There's an orange/yellow light lit up indicating RAM error, tried swapping various placements of RAM and using one stick, and removing RAM all-together to see if it would at least beep indicating no memory was present.

WebMay 14, 2024 · The other orange led light you see, (I think) is probably the 'motherboard power' led. Most motherboards have a led that indicates that the mobo is receiving power from the PSU. I guess the flickering of those lights is meaning that your motherboard keeps turning on and off the power it receives. I'm far from sure that that's the issue...
