WebRD Astra was 5 full damage attacks in a row. FEH Astra is, essentially, 5 attacks at 50% damage (hence the increase in attack by 150%). You can't really compare the two as they're on different scales. I honestly don't even think Astra needs fixing. It does what it's intended, it's just that people prefer other specials and that's fine.
