Just turn off snap to grid and do it manually. You can angle buildings but still use the grid though. Patterns/Floors can be rotated (there is a rotate angle option). So if you draw the walls and floor with separate tools it can be done. I can’t see an option for it using the building tool.

Most things snap to the grid or are designated some way by parameters set by it. So depending on how big you go it can be tedious to to a world map via dungeon draft.
