WebI was having bubbles on the street side upper rear decal. When I put a pin in the bubbles water would come out and the decal would lay flat for awhile. I just removed the old decal and along the top of the decal below the gutter it was bubbling. Cut the decal along the gutter and side trim and there was water behind the decal.
